Jahnna and Vanessa are a Yogi and a Psychologist passionate about helping individuals Be Well and Thrive at all stages of life.
They founded The Be Well Collective with the vision that it is never too late to start living well and feeling well. Their services aim to encourage discussion, provide information, and make mental health and wellbeing accessible for everyone.
The BWC provides a range of Psychology, Yoga and Meditation services for both individual and workplace wellbeing.
Vanessa is a Psychologist with over 20 years experience in treating a wide range of mental health issues.
She works collaboratively with her clients developing individualised mental health care plans to best suit their needs. She utilises a range of therapeutic techniques including Cognitive Behavoural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Therapy, Mindfullness, and Strength Based training.
She is a passionate advocate for destigmatising mental illness and making mental health care accessible for everyone.

Her classes are designed to help calm your mind and body, seek clarity, and stretch, move and strengthen your body + mind in a safe, fun and trusting environment.
Her classes are for all bodies and fitness levels. She's a passionate advocate for making yoga accessible to everyone and educating people about the benefits yoga can bring to their lives, both physically and mentally.
