Our group sessions are designed for everyone. 

Our commitment is to guide & support you during the session, using breathing and meditation techniques and exercises.

Many people find breathwork promotes deep relaxation or leaves them feeling energised, along with many other benefits.

BREATHE + FLOW YOGA

Tuesday evening 7pm
Saturday morning 8:30am

An approachable 1 hour yoga class, focusing on the  breath + movement. A new theme + focus each week,  will allow you to experiment + connect + discover more within.

BREATH + MEDITATION

Monday evening 7pm

Thursday morning 10am

An accessible guided session for anyone looking to start or deepen their mindfulness practice. New themes + exercises each week will allow you to experiment + play, discovering more about yourself and the benefits a regular breath and meditation practice brings.

PRIVATE BREATH + MEDITATION

1:1 Breath + Meditation is a wonderful way to explore + experiment new exercises and techniques. 

To ask questions, to share + discover.

Perfect for anyone looking to start their journey, a guided + supportive space to  explore + discover the benefits this practice offers.

All bookings will be redirected to Jahnna McKeag Yoga site

Please provide 24 hours notice if you are unable to attend your appointment to allow another client on the waiting list access to the service. 
Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
