Vanessa and Jahnna are a Psychologist and a Yogi  passionate about helping individuals Be Well and Thrive at all stages of life.

They founded The Be Well Collective with the vision that it is never too late to start living well and feeling well.

 

Their services aim to educate, inform, encourage discussion, and make mental health and wellbeing services accessible for everyone.

 

The Be Well Collective provides a range of online, telehealth, and in-person services including Psychology, Yoga, and Meditation consultations and group programs. All services provided are evidence-based and are designed to support the unique needs of each Individual. Corporate services are also available and are thoughtfully designed and delivered to best meet the needs of your Workplace and your employees.

Vanessa

Vanessa is a Psychologist with over 20 years experience in treating a wide range of mental health issues.

 

She works collaboratively with her clients (and their medical specialists) to develop individualised treatment plans to best support their mental health and treatment needs.

 

She utilises a range of therapeutic techniques including Psychoeducation, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Trauma Informed Therapy, Mindfulness, and Strengths Based training.

She is a passionate advocate for de-stigmatising mental illness and therapy, and for making mental health care accessible for everyone. 

 Jahnna

Jahnna is our resident Yogi.

​Jahnna spent over 20 years working in the corporate world in high performing sales environments + and practiced Yoga irregularly. After injuring her back, Jahnna quickly fell in love with the benefits a regular practice offers. 

Jahnna likes to laugh and smile her way through life and her classes reflect this lighthearted and generous spirit. Joyful movement and breathwork are the focus of her classes which are delivered with playfulness and humour.

A student of yoga for over 15 years, Jahnna loves to share the benefits of yoga for mind, body and spirit. She encourages her students to move and breathe with courage, guiding them to a space where they can discover more about themselves and create a sense of connection within themselves.

​Jahnna's yoga training and qualifications include:

200hr Teacher Training, 80hr  Post Graduate Masterful Immersion & 30hr Pre+Postnatal Yoga Teacher.

Meet The Team

Jamie Camamile

Jamie is an experienced psychologist and social worker with extensive experience supporting clients experiencing mental health issues.

She works from a wholistic, strengths-based approach to encourage clients to be empowered in their journey whilst using various techniques to support the process. Some of Jamie’s therapeutic techniques include Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Psycho-education, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness Meditation and Trauma Informed Therapy.

She has an interest in working with trauma, including veterans and both survivors and perpetrators of family violence and is a strong believer in positive psychology and the concept of accessing psychological support to accomplish self-growth.
